TG4403 : North Mill Reedham Marshes

taken 14 years ago, 3 km from Wickhampton, Norfolk, England

North Mill Reedham Marshes
North Mill Reedham Marshes
A view of the derelict north mill, part of the Reedham pumping complex. This is the earliest example from the 1830s. The pumping earthworks can still be made out. Due to the distance from the river Yare it was found to be impractical and Polkeys mill with Cadges mill (visible) succeeded it.
