Sedgeberrow sewage treatment works, after the flood
Sedgeberrow sewage treatment works, after the flood
A week and a half after C9545 : The Chimney Tops, following the floods caused by the heavy rain on Friday 20th July 2007, this scene shows some of the force and height of the floodwaters. A section of garden fence is left on top of the filter bed; the fence this side of the works has been washed away along with some of the vegetation; more jetsam has been trapped in the fence beside the footpath.
