TG1429 : Oulton Chapel
near to Oulton, Norfolk, Great Britain

Oulton Chapel
It looks like a house but, remarkably, this is a non-conformists meeting place which dates back 1725. It was in regular use for centuries but fell into disrepair in the 1970s. Today, after a sensitive restoration project led by the Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust, it has the plain but atmospheric feel of an 18th century chapel.
