This is a scene familiar to James Bond fans as it was the establishing shot for the location where 007 entered a small doorway in Die Another Day and which have him access to the secret converted Underground Station which was Q's labs.

The doorway is indeed there just under the lion's .. tail but only provides access to a small room used by a local security company!
