Gopsall Hall
Gopsall Hall
The ruins of the temple folly in the grounds of Gopsall Hall, which was demolished in 1951. Legend has it that Handel camped at the temple for 3 weeks whilst he composed The Messiah. There are information boards around the ruins telling the story.
