A difficult subject to photograph, Ysgol Trefeurig opened in 1875 and sadly closed in 2006, with just 12 pupils attending. Ceredigion CC is considering further consolidation of schools, with proposals to amalgamate several more in the county. They did, however, manage to find £15m to fund brand new offices in Aberystwyth - so that's all right then! See SN5980 : Office construction beside the Vale of Rheidol Railway .
