SK3839 : Breadsall Cutting
near to Breadsall, Derbyshire, Great Britain

Breadsall Cutting
Derby is well known for its railway works. Breadsall is a small village on the northern outskirts of the city and the former GNR line, part of the Derbyshire and North Staffordshire Extension ran through a cutting near the village. The line has long gone but the cutting still remains and although it was raining heavily when I took the photo, the snow lying on the ground helps to highlight the route.
