Heage windmill
Heage windmill
A lovely windmill with six sails. The original mill had four sails and dates from the 1790s. It was damaged by wind in 1894 and replaced with the six sail design, which itself blew down in 1919. Restoration work took place gradually between 1972 and 2002.
