Many mills don't allow visitors into the cap.

Part of Burwell museum. Stevens' Mill has been restored to working order again thanks to a generous Heritage Lottery Fund grant. The four storey towermill was built for Oliver Carter in 1820 and continued producing flour until the Great War. The building is grade II* listed.
